Our plant is custom-fabricated with food-grade 316L stainless steel lines, isolated cleanroom bottling zones, and automated CIP (Clean-In-Place) sterilization protocols to preserve the fragile bio-molecules and immunoglobulins unique to camel milk.

Solar Cold Chain Bulk Hubs

Equipped with off-grid solar chilling tanks in Isiolo, Marsabit, and Garissa. Raw milk is chilled below 4°C within 60 minutes of milking before refrigerated transport to our central processing facility.

Comprehensive analytical lab screening for somatic cell count, butterfat density, antibiotic residues, aflatoxins, and microbiological purity before any batch is cleared.

Automated Packaging

Multiple packaging configurations: HDPE sterile bottles (250ml, 500ml, 1L), aseptic multi-layer brick cartons for UHT, and hermetic vacuum foil tins for spray-dried powders.
